• Advising international aircraft lessors on numerous portfolio and individual sales, acquisitions, leases and novations involving a significant number of aircraft and airlines and in various jurisdictions.
• Advised Windstar Cruises in connection with its purchase of two new all-suite Star Class ships, a significant acquisition for Windstar, a leader in the small ship luxury cruising sector.
• Represented Constellation Oil Services in connection with new drillship contracts that have been awarded by Petróleo Brasileiro, a state-owned energy company of Brazil.
