Neil Poland represents airlines, leasing companies and financial institutions in a wide variety of aircraft leasing and finance transactions across Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. He manages the legal aspects of these transactions, often on a tight deadline, so his clients can achieve their commercial objectives.

His experience includes restructurings, joint ventures, and finance and operating leases, including export credit financings, German leases, Japanese leases (JOLCOs) and public debt issues. He has extensive experience in the helicopter and corporate jet market.

Neil uses his experience and knowledge of the law to provide non-technical advice to his clients so they can make informed business decisions.
