Hope Goldstein advises employers on complex labor and employment matters, with deep experience in traditional labor law.

She regularly guides clients through collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, labor-management disputes, and compliance with the National Labor Relations Act. Hope assists employers with all of their union related needs from union organizing through business shutdown and everything in between. In addition to her traditional labor work, Hope advises on a full range of employment law matters. She represents employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other statutory and common law claims. She also guides employers through wage and hour investigations, child labor compliance, and audits, helping organizations meet federal and state requirements efficiently and effectively.

Hope develops and implements employment agreements, separation and severance arrangements, noncompete and confidentiality agreements, and employee policies and handbooks. She provides practical guidance on hiring, terminations, leave issues under the ADA, FMLA, and state laws, and day-to-day workforce management. Her goal is to make complex employment law issues understandable and actionable for business leaders.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about the labor practice and within that, culture and entertainment industry. Truly a lovely professional that is invaluable to our work.
