In 2021, Vedder expanded into Dallas, Texas, continuing the strategic growth of the firm into strong, growing markets that require the firm’s existing skill sets and help support our current client base.

Dallas serves as a hub for technology, real estate, manufacturing and other key industries in which we have clients. It's what most people think of when they first think of Texas—big, busy and growing.  In a short time, our Dallas office has grown from a handful of lawyers with a targeted set of skills into a 20-attorney, nearly-full-service office with capabilities in corporate law (including finance and M&A), government investigations, commercial litigation, financial institutions, and labor and employment. We are fully committed to the continued growth of this office and expansion of its capabilities because we know our success in Dallas is critical to our mission as a law firm.
