Arianna has led investigations for clients in various industries including medicine, education, employment, and oil and gas.

• Defended a healthcare staffing company and its senior personnel in a federal False Claims Act investigation, dissuading the DOJ from intervening.
• Secured an acquittal for a pharmacy owner in a $65 million healthcare fraud prosecution by the DOJ following a six-week jury trial in the Northern District of Texas.
• Successfully defended a sitting state senator facing federal Travel Act and bribery charges, resulting in a full acquittal in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
