- Successfully defended a physician accused of conspiring to submit millions of dollars in false claims for medical services to insurers, securing a complete defense verdict and acquittal following a federal jury trial in the Eastern District of Texas.
- Defended a senior executive in a $650 million conspiracy and securities fraud prosecution involving complex real estate offerings.
- Defended a healthcare staffing company and its senior personnel in a federal False Claims Act investigation, dissuading the DOJ from intervening.
- Secured an acquittal for a pharmacy owner in a $65 million healthcare fraud prosecution by the DOJ following a six-week jury trial in the Northern District of Texas.
- Successfully defended a sitting state senator facing federal Travel Act and bribery charges, resulting in a full acquittal in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
- Represented a major pharmaceutical company in a price-fixing investigation.
- Conducted an internal investigation for a university regarding allegations of improper accounting practices.
