Adam Farrell is a member of the Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group and focuses on complex commercial and regulatory litigation.

He represents clients in high-stakes government investigations and internal inquiries, delivering strategic guidance that protects business interests and reputations.

Adam draws on his experience as a prosecutor in the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, where he conducted criminal and administrative investigations and advised senior commanders on legal and operational matters. He guides clients through every stage of investigations and litigation, providing practical strategies and effective advocacy.

Before joining the firm, Adam completed an 18-month federal clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, serving the Honorable Reed O’Connor, the Honorable Terry Means, and the Honorable Mark Pittman.

Experience

  • Appointed by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas as Receiver in Point Bridge Capital, LLC, et al. v. Charles Johnson (Case No. 4:24-cv-00988-P)—a $70 million post-judgment federal civil RICO and defamation case.
  • Regularly works in digital asset litigation, representing cryptocurrency exchanges in consumer litigation matters.
