  • Represented Citibank, N.A. in a CHF 1 billion loan to Republic of Panama, a rare example of a commercial bank loan to a sovereign borrower.
  • Represented Citibank, N.A. in a $126,000,000 credit facility for Productive Business Solutions Limited that involved collateral and guarantees in multiple Latin and Central American jurisdictions.
  • Represented a private credit lender in a $13,260,000 credit facility for a healthcare company and guided it through structuring issues in a highly regulated industry.
  • Represented a private credit lender in a financing for a sports and entertainment multimedia company and subsequent amendments.
  • Represented U.S. Bank National Association in a $700,000,000 credit facility for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. providing the Borrower with short-term capital for their general corporate purposes.
  • Represented the Borrower in their first ever asset-based loan in an aggregate amount of $15,000,000 with unique structuring issues stemming from the unusual corporate structure.
