Ryan H. Butler

Ryan Butler, a member of the Real Estate group, advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and related legal matters.

He works with owners, developers, and investors across asset types and stages of investment, helping clients structure and execute deals that align with business objectives, protect interests, and facilitate smooth closings.

Ryan handles acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, and subleases. He drafts and negotiates key transaction documents, from letters of intent to closing agreements, with a focus on driving deals forward efficiently and minimizing risk.

Additionally, Ryan represents financial institutions, investors and developers in real estate transactions and financing matters. He assists clients through every stage of the transaction, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, financing documentation and supplementary transaction documentation and conducting due diligence on ongoing transactions.
