Nitya Bhardwaj is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense groups, representing corporations and executives in complex investigations and high-stakes commercial disputes.

She advises clients on SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, FINRA, and other federal and state inquiries, handling matters such as insider trading, stock promotion, and cybersecurity reporting violations, guiding clients through strategic responses to agency subpoenas, internal investigations, and self-reports.

Nitya also represents clients in federal and state court litigation and arbitration, including in FINRA, JAMS, and AAA proceedings. She manages disputes involving corporate liability, fiduciary duty breaches, business torts, intellectual property, and commercial conflicts, delivering solutions that protect business interests and reputations.
