Mindy Wong is a member of the Litigation practice area, representing clients in complex commercial disputes and class actions.
She guides clients through litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings, with a focus on achieving strategic, business-driven outcomes and efficiently managing high-stakes matters.
Mindy handles all aspects of complex litigation, including class action administration, settlement oversight, mediation, and contract disputes. She also represents clients in product liability, wage and hour, and website accessibility claims, bringing practical solutions that align legal strategy with business objectives.
In addition, Mindy works with artists and songwriters on contract negotiations to protect intellectual property rights, combining her litigation experience with transactional guidance to deliver value across multiple facets of her clients’ businesses.
