  • Advised Jet Parts Engineering, a Vance Street Capital portfolio company, on its acquisition of Cima Aviation, a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company specializing in fuel and hydraulic component repairs.
  • Represented Resco Products, Inc. ("Resco"), a portfolio company of Balmoral Funds LLC, in its $410 million sale to RHI Magnesita (“RHIM”).
  • Represented Raptor Scientific, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners, in its $655 million sale to TransDigm Group, a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components. Raptor Scientific is a global leader in complex test and measurement solutions for advanced defense, space and aerospace applications.
  • Represented Elevated Facility Services Group, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners, in its $570 million sale to APi, a global, market-leading business services provider of life safety, security and specialty services. Elevated is a leading provider of elevator and escalator maintenance, repair and modernization service.
  • Represented Krause Group in the sale of Kum & Go, a family owned convenience store chain with over 400 locations across 13 states, and Solar Transport, a leading tank truck carrier and logistics provider, to Maverik, a Salt Lake City-based independent fuel marketer in the Intermountain West with more than 380 locations in 12 states.
