Jordan advises private equity and middle-market companies and investors on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging company financings, joint ventures and general corporate governance.

His work spans industries such as technology, manufacturing, insurance, consumer products and financial services. He works with both sponsor-backed and founder-led businesses on transactions designed to create lasting value. Jordan’s experience includes equity financings, acquisitions, divestitures and cross-border deals, with an emphasis on structuring transactions that align with clients’ strategic and commercial goals.

While at NYU School of Law, he served as president of the Student Bar Association and held leadership roles with the Annual Survey of American Law and the Black Allied Law Students Association. He also interned for the Honorable Alexander Williams Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Before attending law school, he was an Urban Fellow in the New York City Mayor’s Office of Operations. Jordan is proficient in Spanish.
