Thereafter, helping the client navigate UK employment law considerations regarding instituting an investigation culminating in a gross misconduct finding against the employee.
- Representing a leading U.S.-based information technology company, in a misconduct investigation and disciplinary process involving an employee’s possible mis-selling/breach of confidentiality. Jonathan guided the client through its internal process and helped the firm to arrive at the most commercial decision while ensuring compliance with employment best practices.

- Assisted Harvey Nash in its corporate acquisition of the Knoldus Group. Our team advised on every step of this corporate acquisition, from reviewing the data room, advising the client through the due diligence report on matters arising, inputs into the sale and purchase documentation, all while coordinating advice from India and Canada.
