Jeffrey Lowry is a member of the Litigation and Government Contracts groups, representing defense and civil government contractors in complex federal procurement matters.
He advises clients on all aspects of government contracts, including bid protests, contract disputes, and compliance issues, helping organizations achieve favorable outcomes while managing risk.
Before joining the firm, Jeff served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, representing the United States in the Court of Federal Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and with the Air Force Legal Operations Agency, handling bid protests and contract disputes before the Government Accountability Office and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
