Heather Domingo is a member of the Labor and Employment group, advising employers across industries on strategic workforce and employment matters.
She provides practical business judgment to mitigate risk, resolve complex litigation, and implement sound policies so teams can focus on building a high-performance culture and workforce. She also advises management on day-to-day compliance, personnel policies, performance issues, and structures agreements to protect organizational interests.
Heather’s practice includes resolving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-hour, and PAGA actions for both individual and class-action matters. She also conducts workplace investigations, wage-hour audits, and speaks to organizations on avoiding costly missteps.
