Francisca Wolfenson Chimenelli is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation practice group and a member of the Government Investigations and White Collar Defense team.

She represents clients in high-stakes investigations and proceedings brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and other federal and state agencies, handling matters involving securities fraud, insider trading, and whistleblower allegations. Francisca also defends clients in complex commercial litigation, including disputes over breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, restrictive covenants, and trade secret misappropriation.  

In addition, Francisca maintains an active pro bono practice, representing refugees and asylum seekers in immigration matters. She brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every engagement, helping clients navigate challenging legal and business landscapes.
