Dana Armagno serves as Operating Shareholder at Vedder, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations and executes the strategic vision set by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Her responsibilities include firm management, strategic planning, practice management, operational oversight and leading initiatives that advance the firm’s goals. As a practicing attorney at Vedder, Dana spent more than two decades advising a variety of clients on transactions involving sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, complex structured finance matters, general corporate finance, and private equity investment structures and acquisitions.
Dana’s current leadership role relies on her extensive transactional background, combining both technical legal expertise with executive-level management insight. This dual perspective allows her to navigate operational challenges while providing experienced guidance that benefit the firm and its clients, shareholders and team members at every operational level. As the first woman elevated to the position of Operating Shareholder at Vedder, Dana continues to break new ground in all facets of law firm practice, operations and governance.
