Bill Whalen is a member of the Labor and Employment group, advising employers on strategic labor and employment matters.
Bill's practice primarily focuses on collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns and elections under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), grievance and arbitration proceedings, and unfair labor practice cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Bill also counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, and represents them in related disputes in court and before administrative agencies.
