Andrew Hubert is a member of the Finance & Transactions practice area and advises private credit funds, private equity sponsors, and small business investment companies on financing transactions and strategic acquisitions.
He works with clients to structure and execute deals that support growth, manage risk, and align with regulatory requirements in complex, highly regulated environments.
Andrew’s practice spans debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory counseling on matters such as import and export controls, government licensing, and compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). He brings a practical, business-focused approach to helping clients navigate regulatory constraints while advancing transaction objectives.
Before joining the firm, Andrew served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and procedure guiding his transactional and regulatory practice.
