On April 21, Vedder Shareholder S. Preston Ricardo will discuss restrictive covenant law in 2026 as part of the PLI Program “Fundamentals of Noncompetes.” The program is offered both in person in New York and online.
Preston will join other experienced practitioners to explain the various types of post-employment restrictive covenants, differences among jurisdictions concerning enforcement, and how to use these contractual provisions to protect key business interests.
