Government Investigations & White Collar Defense Shareholder Rachel Copenhaver is set to co-moderate a discussion with Paul Tzur, Deputy Director for the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), on October 2 as part of Northwestern Law School’s 46th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute.
